Please check the product immediately after receiving it. About Refunds
Buyer hereby agrees to claim a refund under the Xuan He Performance Guarantee or this Refund and Return Policy only under the following circumstances:

Xuanhe will review each application of the buyer on a case-by-case basis, and decide whether to approve the application of the buyer at its sole discretion in accordance with the above conditions and these terms of service.
